How can I get the most out of seeing you?

I’m more than happy to have a phone call/text/email prior to the first appointment. This is a relationship that is being built – so all participants needs to be happy and active.

What is your availability?

For in person appointments at my office, I have slots available on Thursdays and Sundays. Note – each of those days has a reserve number of intake/new appointment slots.

For telehealth appointments, I also have additional evening hours on other weeknights.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Currently accepting new patients with Cigna, Aetna, and 1199 plans.
At this time I am not accepting new Blue Cross Blue Shield patients.
However, I can provide a bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you are unsure of your insurance benefits, you can call the number on your insurance card and ask.

What payments do you accept?

Cash, Venmo and Credit Cards

Do you offer financing options?

This is an option that can be discussed during our first visit. Financing and sliding scale are potential options for certain patients as needed.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Rarely. But depending on the situation and availability, that can occur. Note, this would be with a surcharge.
