As founder, Dr Jason Meisel DNP, PMHNP-BC (he/him) has made the mission of this practice to be access and collaboration. He has over 10 years of experience in healthcare. His approach is patient-centered and holistic, working with patients, and when applicable other providers and family members so he can develop personalized and effective treatment plans. He focuses on diagnosing and treatment patients with many mental health issues, including substance use disorder. He is also the primary provider here who utilizes ketamine as a treatment modality.
PMHNP-BC (he/him)
Joseph (Joe) Herskovic, PMHNP-BC (he/him), is a dual-licensed Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. He is dedicated to helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Through a personalized, evidence-based approach, Joe collaborates with each patient to create a balanced treatment plan tailored to their unique needs.

No, we offer in person and virtual/remote appointments.
Your provider will get a thorough history of your symptoms, treatments, and goals. You will work to make a treatment plan for care. If appropriate you will receive a prescription.
We accept some insurances, and credit cards including HSA/FSA cards.
Your initial consultation/evaluation appointment with your provider, going over your history, your symptoms, what brought you here, and what the tentative plan will be.
Monthly follow ups initially, sometimes can be expanded to every other month, check ins about your treatment and your mental health.
Currently only provided by Dr Meisel. The intake is focused on your treatment history, symptoms, and exploring your interests in this treatment. If applicable, you will discuss treatment options and plan. Monthly follow ups with check in with your treatment goals, progress, and any adjustments.
